Although I am familiar with some of his work, I must admit I have never heard of Neil Gaiman until I stumbled upon his 2012 commencement speech from the University of the Arts. While it's full of great advice for anyone and everyone, it is especially encouraging and insightful for creative types. Watch and be inspired!
