The Crawfish Tee

The first round of the Crawfish Tee is fresh off the press and now available.  Continuing the tribal Louisiana wildlife theme, these shirts are screenprinted on a super comfortable cotton/poly blend.  The heather gray is an American Apparel Tri-blend, and is a little bit softer and more comfortable.  You should order one now!  Click here to check it out!

Also, any suggestions for the next Louisiana wildlife tee?  I was thinking a huge bullfrog. Let me know what you think.

Riki Monroe: Shoot I

Using classic Marilyn Monroe photos as inspiration, Riki and I set out to make some photos of our own.  Here are a few from the first shoot.  The purpose of these photos is not to re-create anything done by Marilyn, just simply to remind you of them.  But I will say it's a shame they just used Michelle Williams to portray Marilyn, because I think Riki bears a much closer resemblance.  There are a couple of candid looks below that are just freaky close.

Anyway, many more to come.  Enjoy.

Duke

Looking to kill some time before a recent flight from NC to NO, my family and I decided to check out Duke's campus.  I had been here before to visit a good friend back in 2004ish, but it was just as impressive the second time.  The chapel is (probably) unmatched by any other on campus chapel.  It is beautiful.

As a sidenote, I know I've mentioned the Canon S95 a number of times on this blog, but seriously, if you need a good (cheaper) camera, get one.  It's the best pocketable point and shoot there is, period.  All of these images were taken with it, handheld, in very low light.  Impressive.  Get one.
